A Founder's Vision
Amuche founded Rise by Radiance after 15+ years of working with senior leaders around the world — helping them navigate growth, disruption, and transformation.
Having gone through many dramatic disruptions personally while building her career, she came to deeply appreciate the power of coaching in enabling high-performing professionals to embrace their full lives with clarity, balance, and joy. That lived experience is why she is passionate about pairing leadership development and executive coaching with organizational transformation — ensuring that impact is not only achieved at the enterprise level, but sustained through thriving, centered leaders.
A former Partner at McKinsey & Company and Product Manager at Microsoft, Amuche brings deep expertise in organizational transformation, talent strategy, and leadership development. She has partnered with Fortune 100 companies, private equity investors, and founder-led businesses to design and deliver bold change — from operating model redesigns and post-merger integrations to leadership capability building and culture transformation. Her work has contributed to more than $2.5B in measurable enterprise impact.

Meet the founder
Amuche holds an M.Sc. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering & Engineering Management (summa cum laude) from the University of Arizona. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and four children.
She is a certified Co-Active executive coach, passionate about helping leaders lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Beyond her professional work, she finds joy in faith, family, sisterhood, and dancing through life’s whirlwinds.
Amuche’s career spans both the United States and Africa, and Rise by Radiance is uniquely positioned to support clients on both continents — bridging global best practices with local context and leadership realities.
